How Broke or Not works
-
Set your starting balance
Tell Broke or Not what you have today. That single figure is all it needs to begin projecting forward.
-
Add your income and expenses
Enter one-off items and recurring ones — weekly, monthly or yearly. Salary, rent, subscriptions, loan instalments, groceries, a holiday you are saving for. Each entry gets a category so you can see where the money goes.
-
Read the balance on any future date
Open the calendar and every day carries the balance you are projected to have on it — green when income lands, red when you would dip below zero. Tap a day to see exactly which entries produced that number.
The month, category by category
Income and spending totalled per category, with what's actually left at the end of the month.

On whatever screen you've got
Broke or Not runs in your browser — the full calendar on a laptop, the same calendar in your pocket. Or install the app on iPhone or Android — it's the same plan either way.
